Last Updated: October 2, 2026
BILT Fitness Studio (“BILT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit biltfitnessstudio.com, book or attend a class, purchase a membership or class package, contact us, subscribe to communications, interact with us on social media, participate in promotions, or otherwise use our services.
1. Information We Collect+
We may collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of our Website, and from third-party service providers that help us operate our business.
Information You Provide Directly
- Name, email address, telephone number, billing or mailing address, and account information.
- Class reservations, attendance history, memberships, class packages, purchase history, and transaction details.
- Messages, feedback, reviews, survey responses, social media information, and other communications you send to us.
- Emergency contact information, waivers, releases, consent records, and related acknowledgments.

- Any other information you voluntarily choose to provide.
Payment Information
When you purchase classes, memberships, merchandise, gift cards, or other services, payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Depending on the service used, BILT may receive transaction amounts, payment status, billing name, payment method type, or partial payment-card information. We generally do not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers when payments are processed by a third party.
Booking and Account Information
When you reserve a class or manage a membership through a scheduling or booking provider, that provider may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, reservation history, attendance history, membership status, purchase history, payment information, account credentials, waiver acceptance, and cancellation or no-show information. Your use of a third-party booking service may also be governed by that provider’s own privacy policy and terms.
2. Information Collected Automatically+
When you use our Website, certain information may be collected automatically, including IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, referring website, pages viewed, links clicked, dates and times of visits, time spent on pages, device identifiers, cookie identifiers, and general diagnostic or usage information.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies+
Our Website and service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, tags, scripts, and similar technologies to keep the Website functioning, remember preferences, improve performance, understand visitor behavior, measure traffic, analyze marketing effectiveness, protect against spam or fraud, and support advertising or social-media functionality where used. You may control many cookies through your browser settings, although blocking certain cookies may affect Website functionality.
4. Google reCAPTCHA and Similar Security Tools+
Our Website may use Google reCAPTCHA or similar tools to protect forms and other Website functionality from spam and abuse. These tools may collect device, browser, interaction, IP-address, and other technical information. Information collected by such providers is subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

If you subscribe to marketing communications, we may also send studio news, special offers, events, promotions, or membership offers. You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in the message. Unsubscribing from marketing messages does not necessarily stop operational or transactional messages needed to provide services you requested.
7. Text Messages+
If BILT offers text-message communications and you voluntarily opt in, we may use your number to send reservation reminders, schedule information, studio updates, or promotional messages. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing services. Message and data rates may apply. Where supported, you may opt out of promotional texts by replying STOP.
8. Fitness and Health-Related Information+
Because BILT provides physical-fitness services, you may voluntarily disclose information relevant to your participation, such as an injury, physical limitation, pregnancy, recent surgery, movement restriction, or fitness experience. We use this information primarily to help provide an appropriate class experience. BILT is a fitness studio, not a medical provider, and information you provide to us is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
9. How We Share Personal Information+
Service Providers
We may disclose information to vendors that provide website hosting, scheduling, membership management, payment processing, email delivery, text messaging, customer management, analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, cloud storage, IT support, accounting, or professional services.
Payment Processors
Payment information may be transmitted directly to payment processors or financial institutions to complete transactions.
Professional Advisers
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to attorneys, accountants, insurers, consultants, or other professional advisers.
Legal and Safety Reasons
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, respond to lawful government requests, enforce agreements, investigate misconduct, prevent fraud, protect rights or property, protect safety, or establish or defend legal claims.
Business Transactions
If BILT is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, ownership transfer, or similar transaction, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction.
10. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information+
BILT does not sell personal information for monetary payment. We may use analytics, social-media tools, advertising technologies, or similar services that receive online identifiers or usage information. Depending on applicable law, certain advertising-related disclosures may be characterized as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” even where no money changes hands. Where required, we will provide applicable opt-out mechanisms.
11. Social Media+
When you interact with BILT through a social-media platform, that platform may independently collect and process information about you. Information you choose to post publicly, tag BILT in, or share publicly may become publicly available. If you tag or mention BILT, we may like, respond to, or repost publicly available content where appropriate. If we request permission to use identifiable photographs, videos, testimonials, or other content for advertising, that use may also be governed by the permission or release you provide.
12. Reviews and Testimonials+
We may invite customers to leave reviews or provide feedback. Reviews submitted to public platforms such as Google are governed by those platforms’ own terms and privacy practices. If you provide a testimonial directly to BILT, we will obtain any permissions reasonably necessary before using personally identifiable testimonial content in advertising where required.
13. Data Retention+
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining accounts, meeting accounting and tax obligations, administering waivers and releases, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, protecting legal rights, and complying with applicable law. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it subject to legal and operational requirements.
14. Data Security+
BILT uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. Security Incidents and Data Breaches+
If BILT becomes aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will investigate and take steps appropriate under the circumstances. Where notification is required by applicable law, we will provide notice in accordance with those requirements.
16. Children’s Privacy+
Our Website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information online directly from children under 13 without any consent required by law. If we become aware that such information has been collected in circumstances requiring parental consent, we will take appropriate steps to address it.
17. Minors Participating in Classes+
Participation rules for minors may differ from online privacy rules. Where required, BILT may require a parent or legal guardian to execute a waiver, consent, or other authorization before a minor participates in a class or other activity.
18. Third-Party Websites and Services+
Our Website may link to third-party booking services, payment processors, maps, social-media platforms, or other websites. BILT does not control the privacy or security practices of independent third parties. Their own privacy policies and terms may apply when you use those services.

20. State Privacy Rights+
Privacy rights vary by jurisdiction. Residents of certain states may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about categories of data collected or disclosed, opt-out of certain targeted advertising or sharing, or appeal certain privacy-request decisions. These rights do not apply in every state or to every business. BILT will honor rights required by laws that apply to BILT and the individual making the request.
21. How to Submit a Privacy Request+
To submit a privacy request or ask a question about your personal information, contact BILT Fitness Studio at support@biltfitnessstudio.com, (208) 972-1644, or through biltfitnessstudio.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
22. Do Not Track and Universal Opt-Out Signals+
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is not a universally adopted standard governing all Do Not Track signals, our Website may not respond to traditional Do Not Track settings. Where applicable law requires recognition of an approved universal opt-out mechanism, BILT will comply to the extent those requirements apply.
23. International Visitors+
BILT is based in Idaho, United States, and our Website and services are primarily intended for customers in the United States. If you access our Website from outside the United States, information may be transferred to or processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
